Rita was born in Albania, grew up in Greece and lives in Madrid. In between she discovered photography, which she is in love with ever since.
Photography is her means of expression, a way to confront herself with her fears and a redemption at the same time. Through photography she got to know herself better, who she really is and who she wants to be. Photography opened up new horizons for her mind and soul. She began to see things from a new perspective and discover a new world. A world she always wanted to belong to.
After completing her studies at the Focus School of Photography & New Media she kept wandering in this fabulous world, committed to the journey, rather than the destination. This is where she stands so far.
